This week, lithium battery separator material prices remained stable. Currently, many domestic customers are engaging in year-end rush for installations, while overseas customers are also arranging early stockpiling. Overall downstream demand remains relatively assured, driving separator production schedules to high levels, with separator enterprises operating at relatively high rates. In terms of material production and sales, the situation is favorable. Regarding prices, after the previous price wars and customer price suppression, current separator material prices are already at a relatively low range. With separator enterprises having good order conditions and reduced market share competition intensity, most are focusing on stable pricing. Downstream customers, aiming to ensure stable material supply, are also temporarily refraining from pressing separator prices, ensuring procurement volumes. As a result, current separator prices are relatively stable. However, considering the existing surplus in separator capacity and the gradual release of new capacity, separator enterprises may still engage in further volume competition in the future, potentially leading to continued downward pressure on separator material prices.
